some bite-size wisdom from 12/20/20 me
you don’t have to heal alone — and actually, i would encourage you to find the balance in community and in solitude. both matter.
holding yourself is important. letting others that you trust to hold you (and who are capable of doing so) is important too.
we all have something(s) to heal and it’s okay to seek support whether from a professional or friend or family (or both! or all three!).
your well-being matters and you simply can’t do it ALL by yourself.
we need each other, and it’s okay to need each other.
